The contrast of hot and cold is an ancient tradition that has been shown to help relieve current stress. Come experience an environment that restores and restores the body and mind

HOT-COLD CYCLE

The thermal cycle consists of alternating hot and cold temperatures, followed by a period of rest.

Hot and cold therapy helps relieve stress and promote relaxation, soothes and relaxes sore muscles, improves heart health, and boosts the immune system and mood.

The thermal experience involves alternating between heat, cold, and rest to flush out toxins, stimulate blood circulation, and support your heart rate for a deep sense of well-being. We recommend repeating this cycle two to four times.

Heat 15 min Sauna

Cold 3-5 min cold shower and plunge

Rest 10-15 min Relax, hydrate and repeat

Before

Change and store your personal belongings

This is necessary (the shower helps us to keep the sauna clean and the cold immersion!). Removing makeup and strong perfumes is also important to preserve the wood inside our sauna.

Make sure to drink a pint of water before starting your session and two glasses for every hour spent in the sauna.

By repeating 2 to 4 times, you can achieve a unique relaxation that you will not experience anywhere else.
